We want you to love your Hunger Action Heroes Unite! materials. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Hunger Action Heroes Unite! offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible product purchases. You may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible for approval.

2. How Refunds Work

To initiate a refund request, please contact us through our official Contact Us page and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Returned items must be in their original condition or in a reasonably acceptable condition as determined by Hunger Action Heroes Unite!.

All approved returns must be sent to: Feeding San Diego, 9477 Waples St., Ste 100, San Diego, CA 92121 c/o Hunger Action Heroes Unite!

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you if your refund was approved or not. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 business days. Please allow standard processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.  

3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as Hunger Action Heroes Unite! is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

4. Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery through our official Contact Us page and include photos of the issue when possible. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products or downloadable materials, unless otherwise stated
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Any applicable exclusions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
